Another difference with our programs is that the conditioning is not random punches for a period of time. Instead, we have our clients and athletes work through rounds according to a variety of very specific protocols. These protocols will allow you to make progress FASTER and SAFER than many popular versions of “cardio boxing”
These “Metabolic Conditioning” protocols are referred to as MetCons. Since we’re employing these with the punch mitts – we call these MITT CONS
